Employers with 100 or more employees fall under the work-related personal mobility regulation.

You record business and commuting kilometres by mode of transport and fuel type.

First report to RVO
You submit the 2025 data to the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO).

Annually before 1 July
From then on you always report on the previous calendar year.
