No vendor lock-in

Independent fleet management. Without vendor lock-in.

Your suppliers. Your contracts. Your data. One platform.

Fleet is an independent fleet management platform for organisations that want to manage vehicles, lease contracts, mobility and charging facilities from multiple suppliers in one environment. Not tied to a single leasing company, charge-card provider, vehicle brand, financier or other mobility supplier.

  • Your suppliers
  • Your contracts
  • Your data

Stay in the driver's seat

Keep control of your fleet yourself

Many fleet management systems are built around the products or services of a single supplier. That works as long as you place everything with that one party.

But what happens when you:

  • source vehicles from multiple leasing companies;
  • combine lease cars and owned vehicles;
  • use different charge cards and charge-point suppliers;
  • want to re-tender contracts;
  • want to switch suppliers;
  • want to export your data to another system?

You manage your entire fleet from one central environment, without your processes, contracts or data becoming dependent on a single supplier.

With Fleet, your organisation stays in control.

Your suppliers. Your contracts. Your data. One platform.

Three levels

Independent on three levels

Independence is more than just a choice of suppliers. Fleet is set up to be technically, commercially and operationally independent.

Technically independent

Your data is managed centrally and separately, and can be exported in commonly readable file formats such as Excel and CSV.

Fleet offers APIs for exchanging data on:

  • employees
  • vehicles and other assets
  • contracts
  • costs and transactions

In addition, Fleet can be integrated with HR systems, payroll administrations, financial administrations and other business software. So you are not technically locked into the platform.

Commercially independent

Fleet does not earn more from the supplier you choose.

You can keep using your existing suppliers and contract arrangements. You can also add new suppliers or replace existing ones.

The choice stays yours

Operationally independent

Fleet supports different ownership, financing and usage models side by side:

  • full operational lease
  • net operational lease
  • financial lease
  • purchased vehicles
  • financed vehicles
  • rental and pool vehicles
  • bicycles and e-bikes
  • charge points and charge cards
  • public transport and other mobility forms

Your organisation decides how the fleet is set up. Fleet adapts to your policy and processes, not the other way around.

One management environment

One environment for lease and owned vehicles

In practice, a fleet is rarely uniform. An organisation may have vehicles from multiple leasing companies, manage its own purchased company cars and also use bicycles, charge points, mobility cards and pool vehicles.

Fleet brings these different mobility forms together in one management environment. That creates a single overview of:

Vehicles and assets
Employees and drivers
Contracts and contract versions
Terms and mileages
Costs and transactions
Damage and maintenance
Charging facilities and charging costs
Documents and arrangements
Reports and notifications

No separate portals. No scattered files. No dependence on a single supplier.

Real freedom of choice

No vendor lock-in means real freedom of choice

With Fleet, you do not commit to a single leasing company, charge-card provider or financier.

You choose a central management layer that lets you combine different suppliers, contract types and mobility solutions. That gives you the freedom to:

  • select suppliers independently
  • compare multiple offers
  • keep existing contracts
  • replace suppliers
  • combine lease and ownership
  • link and export data
  • keep developing your mobility policy

Today and in the future.

Frequently asked questions about independent fleet management

Who owns the data?+
Your organisation remains the owner of its own data. The data is processed within Fleet to deliver the service, but does not become the property of Fleet or of a connected supplier. During the term of the agreement and on termination, you can receive your data in a commonly readable format such as Excel or CSV.
Can I keep using my own suppliers?+
Yes. You can keep using existing leasing companies, charge-card providers, vehicle suppliers, insurers, financiers and other mobility partners. Fleet brings the data and processes of these suppliers together in one environment.
Can Fleet combine lease and owned vehicles?+
Yes. Lease vehicles, purchased vehicles, financed vehicles, rental vehicles and pool vehicles can be managed side by side. This gives you a single uniform way of working and reporting for your entire fleet, regardless of the ownership or contract type.
Can contracts and data be exported?+
Yes. Data on employees, assets, contracts and transactions can be exported to widely used file formats, including Excel and CSV. Additional export options can be tailored to your organisation's setup and integrations.
Can I switch to another supplier?+
Yes. While using Fleet you can add, replace or remove suppliers. Because management takes place centrally in Fleet, switching to another leasing company, charge-card provider or other supplier does not mean you have to set up your entire management process again. Your history and central fleet administration are preserved.
Which APIs and integrations are available?+
Fleet supports APIs for exchanging data on, among other things, employees, vehicles and other assets, contracts, costs and transactions. Integrations can be used to connect with HR systems, payroll administrations, financial administrations, ERP systems, mobility suppliers and other internal or external data sources such as Azure. The available integration is tailored to your organisation's systems and data flows.
Does Fleet depend on specific hardware?+
No. Fleet is a cloud solution and does not require any mandatory, supplier-specific hardware. The platform can be used on standard computers, tablets and mobile devices. For certain data sources, Fleet can process data from external systems or hardware, but using Fleet does not depend exclusively on that.
Does Fleet earn from transactions or supplier choices?+
No. Fleet does not receive a higher fee when you choose a particular supplier, lease type, charge card or vehicle. Fleet's revenue model is based on use of the platform and the agreed services. This lets your organisation compare and select suppliers without hidden commercial steering from the platform.
What happens when the contract ends?+
On termination of the agreement, Fleet makes your organisation's data available in a commonly readable format such as Excel or CSV. This lets you keep the data, process it further internally or transfer it to another service provider. So your data is not used to keep you within the platform.

Your mobility. Your suppliers. Your control.
