Werkgevers vrezen “boeteregen” door nieuwe brandstoftaks – inzicht in je wagenpark wordt cruciaal
Werkgeversorganisaties zoals VNO-NCW, MKB-Nederland en de ANWB trekken aan de bel over de invoering van de pseudo-eindheffing op brandstofauto’s vanaf 1 januari 2027. Deze maatregel moet werkgevers stimuleren om volledig over te stappen op elektrische auto’s, maar volgens een brede coalitie van organisaties dreigt er juist een enorme administratieve last en een mogelijke “boeteregen” voor werkgevers. Het probleem zit vooral in vervangend vervoer. Wanneer een medewerker tijdelijk een benzine- of dieselauto meekrijgt omdat zijn eigen auto in onderhoud is of schade heeft, kan dit al leiden tot een extra belasting van €500 tot €1.000 per incident. Werkgevers moeten straks precies administreren wanneer, hoe lang en met welk type auto een werknemer rijdt. Fouten of onvolledige administratie kunnen direct leiden tot naheffingen via de loonbelasting.
