Fleet.nl has been upgraded: less hassle, more control over mobility

Managing mobility still feels like firefighting in many organizations. Lost cards. Damage cases that drag on. No clear insight into costs. If that sounds familiar, you’re not in control. You’re reacting. That’s exactly what the new Fleet is built to change.

Fleet.nl has been upgraded: less hassle, more control over mobility

From fragmented to one platform

With the upgraded Fleet, everything comes together in a single environment: Cars, Bikes, Public transport, Charging, Expenses and Pool vehicles.
No more disconnected systems. No more endless coordination.
Just one platform where mobility actually makes sense—and works.

Less admin. More self-service.
The biggest shift isn’t technical—it’s operational.
Employees handle more themselves:
- Report damage directly
- Block lost cards instantly
- Book shared vehicles
- Submit expenses

No delays. No dependency. No unnecessary back-and-forth.

You stay in control
Because everything is connected:
- You have real-time insight into costs
- You see behavior, not just transactions
- You manage policy instead of incidents

That’s the difference between managing mobility and actually steering it.

The result
- Less hassle
- More control
- Lower costs

Or more bluntly: You stop chasing problems.
And start running mobility like it should be run.

The real question
It’s not whether you need this.
It’s why you’re still working without it.

Mobility management: Why disconnected data and separate contracts are no longer enough

Public mobility and corporate mobility are moving in the same direction, according to the April 24 study by the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management: less fragmentation, more control, and a growing need for reliable data. The report “Meer waarde voor reiziger en overheid” shows that the main challenge is not just about improving transportation itself, but about creating coherence: clear definitions, shared data, monitoring, contract agreements, and better governance.

Fleet update: more insight, more control, less surprises

We have implemented another set of solid improvements in the platform: the pseudo-end impact scan + EV alternatives (for current fuel car), smarter search including AI agent Freek, automated nightly processes, more detailed configuration per mobility type, new leasing company Ayvens, and much more.

De meeste bedrijven wachten te lang met de Pseudo eindregeling Impact Analyse. Pas uw beleid tijdig aan.

Most companies wait too long to run the Pseudo Impact Analysis. Adjust your mobility policy in time.

Why this is different from previous changes. Many organizations have dealt with changes in mobility before. New regulations. New tax incentives. Trying electric once. But this is no longer a minor shift. With the introduction of the pseudo policy, something fundamental changes: not transitioning becomes simply more expensive. Not a little structurally, significantly more expensive. And that means timing suddenly becomes everything. Not just what you drive, but especially when you replace vehicles, your internal policies and how long your contract terms run during the transition period.
