Fleet update: more insight, more control, less surprises

We have implemented another set of solid standard improvements in the platform. All these additions come at no extra cost and are included as standard in our highly competitive license per user/vehicle. Want to know more? Let us know via: https://fleet.nl/nl/contact

  • Pseudo-end levy impact scan + EV alternatives
Instant insight into the impact per fuel-powered vehicle and the best EV alternative. Including monthly lease costs for the employer and benefit-in-kind impact for the employee. No guesswork, just fact-based decision-making.
  • Smarter search, including AI agent Freek
Extended search across the entire application. Simply type what you are looking for in assets, license plates, or related data, and Freek will help you move forward immediately.
  • Automatic RDW data enrichment through a nightly process
Vehicle data is now automatically completed and kept up to date. This reduces manual work and helps prevent errors.
  • More detailed configuration per mobility type
Modules for trucks, bicycles and public transport have been further specified and can now be configured more precisely. More control per type of mobility.
  • New leasing company: Ayvens
Ayvens has been added for passenger cars and vans, giving you more choice and sharper procurement options.
  • Extra alerts for unusual transactions and possible incidents
Direct alerts and notifications on your dashboard for unusual transactions and other potential issues.
  • Additional UX improvements and employee app enhancements

Less manual work, more insight upfront and faster action.
Exactly where fleet management needs to go.

Mobility management: Why disconnected data and separate contracts are no longer enough

Public mobility and corporate mobility are moving in the same direction, according to the April 24 study by the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management: less fragmentation, more control, and a growing need for reliable data. The report “Meer waarde voor reiziger en overheid” shows that the main challenge is not just about improving transportation itself, but about creating coherence: clear definitions, shared data, monitoring, contract agreements, and better governance.

De meeste bedrijven wachten te lang met de Pseudo eindregeling Impact Analyse. Pas uw beleid tijdig aan.

20 Apr 2026

Most companies wait too long to run the Pseudo Impact Analysis. Adjust your mobility policy in time.

Why this is different from previous changes. Many organizations have dealt with changes in mobility before. New regulations. New tax incentives. Trying electric once. But this is no longer a minor shift. With the introduction of the pseudo policy, something fundamental changes: not transitioning becomes simply more expensive. Not a little structurally, significantly more expensive. And that means timing suddenly becomes everything. Not just what you drive, but especially when you replace vehicles, your internal policies and how long your contract terms run during the transition period.
