Fleet continues to evolve. This update is all about one thing: acting faster, directly from your own environment.

What’s new:
Fleet insurance requests
Arrange your fleet insurance directly within Fleet, based on your existing vehicle data and competitive premiums.

EV charger installation requests
Easily request charging stations for employees at home and/or at the office. Connected to a broad network of local installers and maintenance service providers.

Central communication module
Send messages directly to employees via the app or to external partner, all from one place.
Manage communication centrally and eliminate duplicate work and miscommunication.

Compare cars and bikes within policy
Let employees make their own choices, fully within the boundaries of their personal mobility policy.
Employees can submit up to three preferred cars and/or bikes within budget for manager approval and ordering.

Refreshed portal UX
The platform has been streamlined—faster and easier to use.
Fewer clicks, more clarity.

Fleet update: more insight, more control, less surprises

We have implemented another set of solid improvements in the platform: the pseudo-end impact scan + EV alternatives (for current fuel car), smarter search including AI agent Freek, automated nightly processes, more detailed configuration per mobility type, new leasing company Ayvens, and much more.
